Biography

Abhinay Pachhapur brings a distinctive background to capital management — one rooted in enterprise technology leadership and the engineering of mission-critical infrastructure systems. His career spans the design, deployment, and management of critical infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT) systems where failure is not an option.

This engineering discipline — where systems must perform reliably under extreme conditions with zero tolerance for uncontrolled failure — directly informs his approach to portfolio management. Every risk control, position sizing rule, and stop-loss protocol in the Fund reflects the same rigorous discipline applied to protecting critical infrastructure.

Abhinay developed the proprietary Failed Breakdown (FBD) methodology through extensive study of market microstructure and options pricing dynamics, combining quantitative signal generation with disciplined risk management principles derived from operational technology engineering.

The same discipline that protects critical infrastructure protects capital.
